Mock Tenders

Mock tenders are really a small chuck steak.

Grill them the same way as any other steak.

Make sure the Mock Tender you choose has good marbling.

Rub the Mock Tenders with the 5/C Steak Seasoning approximately ½ hour before grilling.

Very tender, very tasty and a lot less money!
