Roast Beef
Wrap Sandwiches
4 burrito size tortillas
1 lb sliced roast beef
1 container cream cheese
1 bag baby spinach
1 jar red wine Italian salad dressing
Spread layer cream cheese thinly across tortilla, cover 2/3’s with a layer of roast beef, cover roast beef with 2/3’s layer of spinach leaves, sprinkle with dressing and tightly roll tortilla with the remaining 1/3 cream cheese layer at the end to clue it together. You can slice it up for hors d’oeuvres or serve whole.
