Pie Crust – Best Ever

1 cup lard
1 Tbl. Sugar
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup boiling water
3 cups sifted flour
1/8 tsp. Salt

For 1 full pie and 1 crust pie.

Have lard at room temperature and dissolve with boiling water (should have the consistency of whipped cream). Add sugar, salt and vinegar, mix well. Add flour. Roll into ball and refrigerate for several hours. Can freeze or keep well in refrigerator for a week to 10 days.
