Rocky Road Fudge

4 ½ cup sugar
12 oz. Canned milk
¼ cup butter
In large h eavy pan, bring ingredients to a boil and cook 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over the following ingredients in a
large bowl.
13 oz marshmallow cream
¼ cup softened butter
3 oz chocolate chips
2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Let cool a bit. Add 1 large package miniature marshmallows, 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans. Pour onto buttered edge cook sheet. Let set overnight in cool place.
