Thank you for inviting me into your kitchen.  As I grew up on our ranch it became clear to me that the kitchen was the centerpiece of the household and the family.  History is made there, and family disputes are settled or sometimes created there.  Friendships are forged over the kitchen table, stories are embellished to fit the need of the story teller.  The aroma always let you know you were home.

Living a Western Lifestyle is a state of mind.  Cowboy boots and wide brimmed Stetsons are optional.  I have tried to bring a taste of my Western Lifestyle to your table.

The one thing all people have in common is that they must eat.  Personally I think that a lot of the worlds problems could be solved if folks would sit down, have a good meal, and talk to each other like they are sitting at the kitchen table.
