Pinwheel Pork Sandwiches
Ingredients
3 large leaves of Red Leaf Lettuce
3-4 oz Roast Pork Loin strips, sliced thin
large flour tortilla (herbed or sundried tomato)
4 slices Fontina Cheese
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves, chopped
4oz Cream Cheese, softened
Salt and pepper to taste
6 ea Frill-topped toothpicks
Directions
Blend the softened cream cheese with the mustard, thyme, salt and pepper until spreadable.
Spread one side of the entire tortilla with the cheese mixture, then place first the lettuce, then the other ingredients, distributing them evenly. carefully tuck one end under and begin rolling into as log.
Carefully insert the picks and refrigerate before slicing between the picks.
