Blue Cheese Butter
½ cup salted sweet cream butter
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
1 tbl spoon chopped sweet basil (you can use dried)
1 tsp minced garlic
Soften butter at room temperature and mix in small bowl with remaining ingredients. Place back in the refrigerator.
Before steak is completely finished on the grill place a heaping teaspoon
on the steak. (Do this about 1-2 minutes before the steak is done)
The mixture will partially melt, but still should have a nice portion for the serving plate)
